The 17 national manufacturing innovation institutes within the Manufacturing USA® network bring together member organizations from manufacturers of all sizes, academia and government to drive innovation critical to industry, educate the next generation of manufacturing talent, enhance national security and increase US manufacturing competitiveness.
The United States Manufacturing Innovation Council consists of a national network of linked manufacturing institutes. Each has a unique technological concentration, but is also designed to accelerate U.S. advanced manufacturing as a whole.

Over 730,000 individuals across the country have participated in Institute workforce training and development programs leading to the creation of a ready workforce aligned with industry needs and higher paying, more enduring jobs.
